suspicous activity

in the last 5 minutes, while i was scanning the skies for suspicious activity, i noticed some here in my own neighbourhood. A vehicle, i believe it may have been a grey/tan jeep cherokee, or a similar mid-sized SUV, parked in front of a house near mine. it remained there for a few seconds, i believe the door opened and closed only once, but there was no activity from the house, even after the vehicle's departure. The vehicle then proceeded to stop almost directly in front of me via my neighbour's yard. It remained there for some time, during which i distinctly heard a cough. The vehicle then proceeded further up the road out of sight, but within earshot at this late hour(time of occurrence 4:15 am locally) . This time, i heard a number of coughs(approx. 5). I am unsure whether i heard the car go and stop again after this, as i became engulfed in a swarm of mosquitos.
